I know churches are burning in Alabama. I am waiting for the article that gives some racial motivation, though I haven't yet read whether these churches were, predominantly, white or black churches. I am reminded enough of a few years back in Alabama and Georgia, when black churches were being burned, strongly enough that burning churches will surely become a key figure in the book after the two or three or four books I'm now writing.
